Privacy approach
Collect less. Explain more. Respect choice.
This website is designed for general inquiries and research-interest intake—not for clinical information.
Our current website approach
We use a minimum-necessary approach: the forms request only basic contact information, general interest, broad age range if voluntarily provided, communication preferences, and non-clinical readiness information.
Form submissions may be emailed to the Aletheia team and stored in a restricted server-side log for follow-up and research-interest administration. We do not sell form submissions.
What not to submit
Do not submit Social Security numbers, exact dates of birth, medical record numbers, diagnosis details, medications, insurance identifiers, test results, clinician notes, or free-form health histories.
No medical relationship
This site is educational and research-oriented. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, monitoring, or treatment. Submitting a form does not create a patient-provider relationship. If you have a health concern, contact a qualified healthcare professional. For an emergency, call local emergency services.
Security and HIPAA
We apply privacy-conscious design and reasonable technical safeguards to the website. We do not claim that this site, its hosting environment, email delivery, or storage workflow is HIPAA compliant. Please do not use it to transmit protected health information.
Your choices
You may ask about a submission or request deletion by emailing aletheia@apiagne.com. We will verify the request before acting on it.
